          A.F.7 Merge your files
          Version 1.0, December 17, 1999
         ================================

Introduction
------------
A.F.7 merges several files into one single file.

The main use of A.F.7 is to restore files that you have split prior.
But A.F.7 is not limited to that purpose. You can merge any files in any
order into a single file, if it makes sense to you. A.F.7 works like the
COPY command in DOS invoked with multiple input files. The data from the
input files are written to the output file without any modification. The
files are joined in the order of their occurrence in the file list.

How to use A.F.6
----------------
To merge several files, the following steps are required:
1. Drag and drop the files you want to merge.
2. Arrange the files in the correct order.
3. Click "Merge Files...".
4. Specify location and name for the merged file.
5. Click "Save".
6. Quit A.F.7.

The next chapters describe the various options for each step in detail.
